I had played sports my entire life and when I stopped, I struggled to find a routine I loved. I struggled with body image and was desperate for a positive change but didn’t know where to start. My love for fitness blossomed when I started taking orangetheory classes. Little did I know that class would ignite something in me and pave the way for my journey as a personal trainer and group fitness coach. I know how uncomfortable it can be starting out in the gym, but the results that follow are unmatchable. This journey not only made me physically stronger but also taught me the power of mental health, mindset, and fueling our bodies. It provided me with the strength to pursue my greatest aspirations.
